Dr. Margarita Russolello, DACM, L.Ac., FABORM is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Fellow of the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine, and Licensed Acupuncturist. She has supported thousands of patients in achieving healthy pregnancies, pain-free periods, balanced hormones, and vibrant lives.

Dr. Margarita sees the body as an integrated whole that can be gently guided towards healing. She believes that we are microcosms of the universe, and can achieve optimal wellness and balance through acupuncture, herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance.

She maintains an evidence-informed practice, rooted in scientific research and refined by clinical experience. She has been in practice for 7 years, and feels honored to be part of her patients’ fertility and wellness journeys.

She treats a wide range of conditions which you can read about here. Most notably, her practice focuses on fertility and reproductive / hormonal wellness for all genders, however she also enjoys treating pain, digestion, sleep, autoimmune, and mental health.

Dr. Margarita is the oldest of 7 children and a former Birth and Postpartum Doula, both of which have added to her love and experience of this medicine. She was also a former professional dancer and case worker for survivors of intimate partner violence, giving her a breadth of insights into the human experience.

During school, she interned in the Labor and Delivery Unit at NYU Lutheran and the Institute for Family Health. She is also board-certified by ABORM, the most advanced and prestigious board of reproductive medicine in her field.

After graduation, she worked as a full-time acupuncturist at Tia — an integrative women’s health clinic bridging gynecology, primary care, and mental health, where she managed a complex caseload of 40-60 clients per week with a focus on OB/GYN.
